Strategy over stamina.

Every room you've been in had a woman in it who already knew what to do. What she was missing wasn't ability — it was a strategy that put real weight behind her stride.

The energy isn't the problem.

Effort decides how fast. Strategy decides how far.

The method

Everything is a season.

Most people don't miss what they wanted because they weren't capable enough. They miss it because they never got exact about what it was — and then filled the space with things that were merely good enough.

Seasons is the method I run on myself — you can have it for free.

  1. Name the exact desires and goals.
  2. Does this action push it forward? The parties, the movie, the date, the diet — even these get designed around the goal.
  3. Run it as a season, not a personality. Decide what the focus will cost you, and how long to run it.
  4. Stay open to new and unexpected possibilities. Keeping your mind that open takes effort — run that effort during the season.
  5. Feel when it's time to shift gears. Up or down. Your intuition knows before your reasons do — when things start feeling redundant, or you hit a wall, that's the signal to readjust.

Everything in life comes at a cost.
A season that levels you up is temporary.

Write in

Ask for something, or tell me what you've built.

A question you're stuck on, a situation you're working through, a resource that belongs on the list, a job you want seen, something you've done that other women should know is possible — or anything you feel inspired to say.

Without it there's no way for me to write back.

Resources

What already exists, where you are.

Funding, networks, rights and support — organised by country, checked before it goes on the list, free to use. People add what they've found, and talk about what actually worked.

About

Behind the page.

My work sits at the seam between capability and structure: transferring power and knowledge women already have into practice across rooms and communities.

I'm board certified through the NBHWC. I work one to one with people running Seasons — getting exact about the thing, holding the line on what gets refused, and setting a season with a cost worth paying.

Get in touch

Before you go

I invite you to ask yourself:

  • What would you build if you knew it would hold?
  • What could you take on if your capacity doubled tomorrow?
  • What have you been calling a someday thing?
  • Who would you be reaching out to if you knew they'd say yes?

You don't have to send me the answers. But if one of them put something specific in your head — write that.
